This Life Lawyer
I’m a lawyer, a university lecturer, and a certified mindfulness instructor.
But more than anything, I’m a person who has been reminded of how quickly life can change.
I became seriously ill while my children were still small.
And I had to find my way back — not just to work, but to life itself.
That experience stayed with me.
Because the truth is: we all have this one life.
And it goes by much faster than we think.
Yet so many people spend years holding back.
Not using what they have inside them.
Not saying what they really mean.
Not doing what they actually want to do.
And then, at some point, that might become regret.
Not because they didn’t have the ability —
but because they didn’t have the clarity, the support, or the courage at the right time.
Through my work, I meet people like this all the time.
People who have so much more in them than they are using.
That’s what I care about.
Helping you see what is already there —
and helping you actually use it.
Not just by talking about it,
but by finding concrete ways forward, step by step.
Because one day, you might look back.
